What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor the Accounts Payable Specialist, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Leverage Technology: Use your NetSuite know-how to streamline invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong partnerships with vendors while resolving discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.
- Invoice & Payment Oversight: Ensure timely, accurate invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations.
- Expense Management: Oversee employee expense reports in Concur, ensuring compliance and quick turnaround.
- Drive Compliance: Maintain strong internal controls, support audits, and ensure adherence to GAAP and company policies.
- Month-End & Reporting: Assist with close activities and deliver meaningful AP reports and insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reduce errors, and maximize efficiency.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 5 years in AP supervision.
- 3–5 years proven supervisory experience in Accounts Payable.
- ERP expertise (NetSuite preferred).
- Strong GAAP knowledge and audit familiarity.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A problem-solver with strong communication and leadership abilities.
