IMPORTANT: All applications MUST be completed in its entirety to be considered.*NOTE: COVID -19 Vaccinations are recommended.*NOTE: this is a fully in-person position Position DescriptionReporting to the Program Manager, the full-time, non-exempt Call Center Assistant I plays a key role in supporting patient care by answering calls, scheduling appointments, addressing patient questions, and routing calls appropriately. They must maintain strong internal and external relationships, act as a liaison for Honor Community Health (HCH) centers and clinical teams and provide language services to non-English speaking patients.
