Job Summary
Honor Bank is hiring a Commercial Loan Processor to support our commercial lending team. This role is responsible for processing commercial loans, preparing loan documentation, and ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare commercial loan documentation
- Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Order title work, flood certifications, and required documentation
- Manage UCC filings, liens, collateral, and insurance documentation
- Support loan closings, funding, and construction draws
- Disburse loan funds and process transactions
- Maintain organized loan files and collateral records
- Complete post-closing reviews and quality control checks
- Assist customers with loan-related questions and requests
- Support lenders and act as backup to Senior Loan Processor
- Assist with audits, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing
Qualifications
- Experience in loan processing, banking, lending, or financial services (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of commercial loan documentation (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license
