Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SNF Director of Nursing with a client of ours, located in Vineland, NJ. The Director of Nursing will oversee and manage the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care standards are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating nursing activities, implementing infection control protocols, supervising patient care plans, and facilitating training programs. The role also involves collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure client-focused and long-term care solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills and experience in Nursing Management, including team leadership and staff supervision.
- Knowledge and expertise in Infection Control and implementation of safety protocols and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of Medicine and Nursing with the ability to develop and oversee patient care plans.
- Experience in Long-term Care, with a focus on enhancing quality of life for older adults.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within senior living or healthcare settings is highly preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); a Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
