Position
The Business Office Manager for Honolulu Pain Relief Center is responsible for providing support to the facility by performing and overseeing specific business office functions. The role includes and oversees (but isn't limited to) the management of patient medical records, coordinating and perfecting patient intake and admissions, and patient insurance verification. Responsibilities include managing staff and facilitating smooth clinic flow.
Required Experience:
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- At least 5 years related experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Must be proficient in medical terminology
- Computer experience with Microsoft software and applications, knowledge of Chirotouch is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
This is a full-time position, M, W, Th, F 9-6 and Sat 9-1.
