Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand business partnerships and services.
The Account Manager will serve as a trusted point of contact for customers by developing strong relationships, coordinating logistics solutions, analyzing account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service experience
- Experience in domestic freight forwarding and dry/cold supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with experience preparing performance reports and interpreting data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and account management tools, including Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience within transportation, logistics, food distribution, hospitality, or related industries
