Client Service Associate

The Position:

As a Client Service Associate you’ll be supporting our advisory and operations team. A Series 65 or Series 66 registration is required in order to work directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare specific research and portfolio updates supporting our advisor's annual outbound client calls
• Assist our Operations Manager in verifying that assets have been transferred appropriately
• Resolve issues with vendors and home office irregularities
• Contact clients to verify information and ensure forms are returned on a timely basis
• Join scheduled conference calls with clients and their 401(k), 457, and other custodians to help clients understand their options and transfer funds to our firm

Qualifications:

• Active Series 65 or Series 66 registration (required for client-facing work in this role)
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on paperwork and deadlines
• Comfort on the phone with older clients — patient, clear, and unhurried
• A collaborative temperament; this is a support role within a small, close-knit team
• Familiarity with IRAs, rollovers, and retirement plan transfers is a plus
