We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dining Room Manager to lead our restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize restaurant performance, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of dining room operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision to ensure smooth service flow.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
- Control inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, minimizing waste while maintaining availability.
- Lead staff initiatives focused on food handling, customer service excellence, and food safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities.
- Experience with POS system, cash handling expertise required.
- Background in fine dining or casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development.
- Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
