You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of engineering projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform reliability predictions of electrical and electronic systems used in safety-critical applications
- Plan reliability activities e.g. Reliability Program Planning, HALT, HASS, and ESS Plans
- Collaborate with various engineering functional teams
- Predict component, subsystem, and system reliability through analysis and test
- Perform specification review
- Develop requirements and criteria for parts selection
- Perform stress predictions and apply derating guidelines
- Conduct failure modes, effects and criticality analysis
- Exchange task level information (system requirements, technical drawings, specifications, etc) with team members
- Communicate any non-compliance incidents to pertinent parties
- Prepare or update reports and documentation
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment
- Support test activities to determine product reliability
