The Support Engineer will be in charge of successfully deploying and supporting Honeywell’s\NextNine’s production solutions at our worldwide customer base, working closely with R&D to support software releases, ensure faultless implementations, and maximize customer satisfaction levels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deploying and managing customer production environments.
- Taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with R&D engineers, technical account managers and product management.
- Investigating support cases, performing root cause analysis, and offering in-depth solutions.
- Installation and upgrade system components in both development and production environments.
- Developing processes and automation tools for the support team.
- Willing to be on duty from time to time in order to provide support for critical cases during off hours
