Implement material purchasing, material planning, production planning within Honeywell SPS to ensure correct supply levels for operation. You are responsible to resolve material related fulfillment issues due to supply-based problems, inventory errors, or demand changes. You are the liaison of cross functions and internal stakeholders, such as planning, sourcing, logistics, finance, operations, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive customer delivery performance to supply both external and internal customers
· Own supply planning function within SIOP (near/mid/long-term) for internal Honeywell facilities or 3rd Party Suppliers as assigned
· Partner with demand planning to understand complete unconstrained consensus demand
· Develop and manage constrained supply plans; including both current and proactive projections of stock unavailability. Proactively communicate and escalate with operations, procurement customer service and sourcing to counter identified constraints.
· Manage stock attainment to ensure Make-to-Stock fulfillment readiness
· Ensure timely material ordering (internal stock orders / external supplier purchases) and management of schedule changes
· Optimize inventory across multiple stocking locations, balancing working capital investment with fulfillment service levels.
· Manage plan for every part (PFEP). Ensure corresponding ERP data accuracy of item master parameters / settings.
· Forecast inventory levels and drive projects to meet working capital commitments.
· Manage planning to support cost effective logistics (balance delivery performance with logistics expense)
· Provide data and analysis to both solve material related problems and drive continuous process improvement. Determine and develop timely data metrics & results reporting to match the format of the business requirements
