Overview
The Sr. Manager Analytics - Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) is responsible to solve supply chain challenges through leading data analysis, data visualization and business intelligence efforts. This role involves both individual contributor and people supervision responsibilities to facilitate operations monitoring and management across ISC. Act as a mentor and a manager for other junior team members in ISC Analytics.
This role requires solid experience in analyzing supply chain business and operational processes, and in providing actionable insights via highly efficient dashboards and data-driven analytics. Works closely with cross-functional leader at different business units in translating functional problems into analytical solution. This role will participate in strategic enterprise-level ISC transformation programs including manufacturing, inventory management, product flow planning, and transportation / network optimization

Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving standardized Business Intelligence culture and promoting data-driven decision-making across ISC
- Manage cross-functional Analytics projects to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities within ISC
- Manage and optimize processes for project intake, and data validation as well as modeling, visualization and deliverables
- Design, develop and maintain data extraction procedures, related technical processes, reporting tools, and dashboards of various performance metrics
- Lead the delivery of BI solutions & initiatives that analyze ISC operations and performance metrics and provide related insights
- Examine, interpret, and report analytical results to ISC leadership
- Build solid analytics profile for providing clear data-driven stories and evangelizing across the ISC stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and communicate key analytics requirements, impact, execution timeline, and change management efforts
- Manage and resolve issues at analytics project level and escalate to proper partners as necessary
- Play a mentorship role to data analytics personnel, ensuring constant improvement in their professional skills, execution of duties, and future growth
- Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, and business within ISC and design/implement solutions to meet these needs
