An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr. HR Generalist in the Performance Materials & Technologies – Advanced Materials business located in Morris Plains, NJ. This role provides support to the Commercial organization (sales and marketing).
This role reports directly to the Sr. Director, HR, Advanced Materials, and work closely with the GBE HR Leaders. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase the overall performance of the organization by partnering closely with client groups
- Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
- Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization
