The Sr. Finance analyst will provide partnership to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) within our SPS division to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supporting PPE’s Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
* Position is located at a significant multi-function production site in Grove Port, Ohio and could also be located in Charlotte, North Carolina with up to 50% travel to production site*
- Actively participate in Site decision making including:
- Supporting the site in the development of operational strategy with the goal of driving speed, quality and cost efficiency
- Developing and providing operational efficiency reporting including labor/staffing planning and capital/asset justification.
- Manage the financial reporting and analysis (costs, working capital, productivity, capital and other financial metrics); Development of integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for profile variance
- Lead month-end close cycle; ensure timelines in booking of operational costs; improve /standardize process
