Partner with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Finance in achieving P&L and working capital commitments. This position will provide FP&A support for a) financial analysis (actual, vs budget, vs forecast vs prior year), b) forecasting preparation, c) annual budget preparation and d) actual reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding and delivering all reporting requirements – Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually
- Reporting, reconciliation, and data load across the various digital reporting platforms
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Adhoc reporting – as required, new reports, update / append existing reports
- Managing reporting repository for multiple sites and sub businesses
- Understanding, calculating, maintaining reporting KPIs ( Key Process Indicators )
- Variance Analytics and KPI between different reporting tools
- Variance Analytics of KPIs
- Creating and managing templates for various KPIs
- Provide support on various analytics – standard or adhoc
- Testing and functional validation of new tools
- Creating and Driving analytics with team members
- Leading, driving, delivering on various initiatives for the FP&A team
- Providing support on any subject matter expertise
- 25% International Travel (Juarez Mexico)
