Exciting opportunity within the Aero IT Leadership to drive E2E digital thread / analytics. This position will drive growth, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and cost reduction by transforming end to end business processes through digital thread and analytics for Aero – across all the functions. Making data available, delivering metrics that matter, and providing predictive analytics will enable the organization to make fast-insightful data-driven business decisions.
As the leader you will be responsible for:
- Taking an end to end view from customers to suppliers in building digital thread that will be the foundation for advanced analytics to improve business operations for AERO.
- Identifying digital maturity / capabilities in the E2E processes
- Determining the right drivers and process change needed to achieve objectives
- Develop predictive analytics to address issues / opportunities
- Develop prescriptive analytics to identify what actions should be taken to achieve desired outcomes
- Managing and coordinating deployment activities around organizational readiness, data migration, data availability and data cleanliness
- Leading teams in deploying new technologies, including EDW, Snowflake, and other SaaS solutions while ensuring data security / privacy compliance requirements are met
- Making
data available for quick insights and fast analysis to enable data-driven
decisions
