Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell SPS. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
Use your wireless/RF engineering skills and experience to analyze and develop wireless telecommunications capabilities for various operations within Honeywell. You will work under limited supervision along side some of the world's most talented engineers. You will bring value to Honeywell's wireless products and services by enhancing telecommunication networks, systems, and equipment. You will rely on your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for RF system implementation throughout a product design cycle.
- Responsible for part selection, prototyping, factory bring up and lab bench debug and root cause.
- Work with internal cross-functional team and external JDM/CM to successfully bring wireless product to market.
- Perform multi-radio coexistence mitigation (including RF link budget planning and issue debugging).
- Optimize RF conducted and OTA performance by simulation and lab validation.
- Work with antenna and test engineers to ensure the quality of the overall system.
- Domestic/international
travel to achieve program milestones.
