We are looking for an enthusiastic and visionary Product Manager to take on end to end ownership of the assigned portfolio, drive innovation and growth, and ensure that our customer needs are met day in and day out.
Honeywell Thermal Solutions serves the global combustion industry and very diverse vertical markets; commercial heating, metals, food, oil, automotive, glass, textiles, and construction. The business has the largest installed base of burners, valves, sensors and controls globally and is serving the industry through distributors, system integrators, OEM’s, and directly to end users. In this role you will be responsible for an individual share of the portfolio and own nearly every aspect of portfolio management: Product, Pricing, Placement, Promotion. You will work cross functionally across the globe and the business to meet product and business profitability goals.
You will work closely with people at all levels of the organization to maximize growth, development and return on investment of the organization's product portfolio. You will integrate inputs to develop distinctive product plans with outstanding financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Set portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive intelligence and market opportunities
• Own the product roadmap for the portfolio
• Optimize market position and financial return across product lifecycle
• Utilize Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Observational VOC (OVOC) to gain unique insights
• Identify and quantify customer needs through continuous discovery
• Manage customer and sales force relationships
• Product development, launch, and promotion
• Full product lifecycle management including product phase outs
• Accountable for orders and gross profit
• Identify business opportunities
• Support sales processes and help provide training/content
• Develop new product initiatives
• Handle technical queries
• Work with the Digital Marketing Team on technical literature and online product presence
• Network within industry
• Travel frequently (25-30%)
• International Travel (10%)
