Join the Honeywell IT team to drive the Aerospace business transformation through digitization, smart factory, and automations. You will work with business leaders, business analysts and technical team members to validate business requirements and assure alignment to global design models. You will support multiple projects to assure the analysis, design, implementation and testing of applications are done in a highly effective way, using appropriate tools and methods. You will assure system design and configuration are executed efficiently and correctly. You coach other team members on technical skill building to enable complex system deployments and optimum performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide IT updates to Aerospace Business Leaders & Aero IT leadership.
• Coordinate with the corporate IT service owners to prioritize and initiate programs/projects.
• Act as a Techno-Functional bridge between IT Delivery Teams and Business Teams.
• Demonstrate strong Program Management Skills including ability to plan, execute and report on KPI adherence.
• Ensuring the project executions follow the PMO, Cyber & Architecture standards for Honeywell.
• Educate business on technology.
• Ensure compliance/cyber safety.
• Drive continuous improvement for Aerospace business in the areas of Manufacturing, Repair & Overhaul, Quality.
