Summary of Duties:
- Schedule appointments and meetings and closely maintains/optimizes calendar
- Participate in the development of communications plans that meet business objectives and priorities
- Develop written materials (leadership messages and presentations, announcements, newsletter articles, etc.)
- Develop content and update web and on·line tools as well as identify new or expand use of existing tools
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, often with competing priority levels
- Protect sensitive and confidential information received and generated
- Maintain metrics pertinent to quality and technical performance
- Developing and managing a resource·loaded integrated master schedule, including critical path analysis, performance status, & milestone reporting to varying levels of management
- Develop corrective actions, perform rate analysis, and analyze performance indices
- Report on manufacturing yield performance and provide analysis on impact to quality operations
- Ability to analyze data and perform trend analysis and communicate the data variances
Provide financial reporting and analysis - Utilizes discretion and analysis in developing, maintaining and facilitating project plans for projects
- Reports status of project plans and, if necessary, develops and presents appropriate action plans.
- Assists in developing, implementing, and/or negotiating changes to project plans with internal and external customers to assure development/qualification schedules are met
- Assists in the development of innovations in departmental systems and functions
- Conducts routine and special studies which involve compiling data, analyzing results, preparing and maintaining documentation, and proposing and implementing recommendations
- May compile, coordinate, monitor, and maintain financial and budgeting reports
- Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established Health Safety
