The UOP Lifecycle Solutions and Technology (LST) CFO is responsible for
driving growth and financial execution for LST to meet business goals. LST provides catalysts for refineries and
petrochemical plants, absorbents for separation and purification, and services
to its customers. LST is a key growth engine for Honeywell UOP as we expand
our footprint in existing markets and into new applications and regions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As
the CFO for the $1.5B revenue LST business, you will be key member of the LST
leadership team and will be viewed as CFO and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
working closely with the LST VPGM. You will also be one of the most senior and
critical finance leaders within UOP. You
will report directly to the UOP CFO. You
will be responsible for delivering on the business’ quarterly income and free
cash flow goals, developing long range and annual financial plans, as well as
leading a team of finance personnel. As
CFO, you will also play a critical role in the business’ capital allocation
decisions and provide insight and support for any inorganic M&A
transactions. This role has a great mix of global responsibility, strategic
support, and team leadership and development. This is a fantastic opportunity

Full financial oversight and accountability for Honeywell’s LST business ($1.5B revenue)
Full accountability for delivering quarterly revenue, income, and cash commitments
Act as a thought leader by providing both financial and operational insight and perspective to the VP GM and his staff
Drive operational performance through analytics and influencing
Design and establish clear and consistent finance management operating processes
Craft and lead annual business operating planning
Lead and design longer range financial and strategic plans (3 Years)
Own global capital allocation process via capex, R&D, and other organic investment trade off decisions
Interface with UOP controller and staff to ensure proper controls and compliance with GAAP
Lead and develop a team of ~6 finance employees
