Be part of a team in
Phoenix Arizona in assessing and driving achievement of program specific
performance within Honeywell’s Military Avionics Engineering organization. You
will be the engineering project leader of one or more small or large
development projects. You’ll be the primary decision maker for program
cost and schedule as well as a key stakeholder in addressing technical issues
that may arise. You will lead prioritization of work packages, design goals and
objectives, and drive overall program performance for hardware on new and
sustaining product development programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project leader for various programs within the Military Avionics product portfolio
- Lead program reviews
- Perform project Earned Value Management & Risk/Opportunity Management
- Engage and coordinate with staff and leadership from multiple organizations
- Ramp-up/Sustain/Ramp-Down Project Staffing
- Present Project Status and Technical information to internal and external customers
- Identifying and address negative project performance trends
- Address barriers impacting project performance
