Support of on-site service organization to meet contractual requirements for: installation, servicing and repair process of complex equipment and systems. You typically work under direct supervision and may work without supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalate any discrepancies in organization requirements, policies, regulations, and/or work instructions. You will identify, manage, escalate, and explore opportunities to improve the workflow of the organization materials, equipment, chemical inventory, and records management procedures. You will escalate any administrative difficulties relating to workflow of the organization materials, equipment, chemical inventory, and records management procedures. You will support the training of the organization on required systems usage.
Key Responsibilities
· Material, equipment, and chemical inventory management.
· Prepare, order, track, receive, manage, stock, and distribute inventory.
· Provide monthly reporting to show material, equipment, and chemical inventory management is accurate and meets contractual requirements.
