Achieve successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex HVAC equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of the service team.
The main function of this position is to respond and resolve service calls providing technical support and troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. Additional responsibilities related to the technical delivery of Small Service Jobs and Preventive Maintenance may be assigned as well. These customers may have various products installed that fall into the –HVAC, Automation Controls and 3rd Party Systems category as well as their associated computer systems. The goal is to ensure system uptime and efficiency. Candidate can also be located in Central or North East Pennsylvania.
