The Integrated Program Manager for the Saas Global Design Model (GDM) will play critical role in the execution and delivery of key transformation projects and enabling technologies. You will touch the end to end business process and technology transformation, from Customer Leads to Cash Collections and Customer Experience and Loyalty. This role collaborates with each IT Business Partner Leader and Workstream Leaders to develop an integrated and high-level program plan, roadmap, and dependencies to report to executives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support, sponsor, and challenge detailed plans, ensuring delivery roadmaps are aligned
- Track, manage, and escalate program risks and issues
- Manage and influence relationships with key stakeholders (including senior leadership) inside and outside of HCE
- Recommend project delivery roadmap
- Develop integrated project plans with respect to upstream and downstream dependencies
- Run Management Operating System (MOS)
- Collaborate with the project team to identify the approach, budget, deliverables, and schedule to deliver complex digital projects within established constraints
- Coordinate bi-weekly, monthly, and annual business meetings
