We are seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS) team. This individual will be a member of the Intelligrated (IGS) HSE Installation Team, responsible for driving HSE continuous improvement, compliance, and engagement within Intelligrated. The role reports to the IGS Install Director HSE.
As an HSE Manager, the successful candidate must be results driven and able to develop strong relationships with our IGS Installation business leaders. The candidate must be compliance focused and provide hands-on support with the ability to deploy continuous improvement through a strong MOS; to drive goals, objectives, improve culture and behaviors.
We are looking for a strong people and process leader; capable of managing, coaching/mentoring HSE professionals across the IGS Installation team. The individual must be a well-rounded leader that can manage health, safety and environmental programs in a construction environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a compliance strategy, including the Honeywell HSE Field Work Management System. and regulatory requirements at all IGS Installation projects.
Drive injury reduction through cultural and behavioral initiatives.
Partner with the Intelligrated Installation leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
Reduce the risk profile of projects by identifying gaps through self-assessments, audits, gembas, and agency or 3rd party inspections.
Strong ability to use Six Sigma/Lean practices and principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.
Support Intelligrated projects with on-site reviews/visits/inspections to drive continuous improvement in HSE.
This role is Remote - must be able to TRAVEL 50-60%
