The Honeywell Human Resources Transformation Team delivers strategic operational transformations that increase agility and improve business results in alignment with the company’s overall business growth strategy. We are seeking an experienced Director to drive cross-functional companywide HR change initiatives and act as an embedded partner/coach to drive next-level business results.
This position will have key supporting role as we explore all avenues of HR, analyze and identify opportunities, then focus on delivering structured ideas and insights, and potentially even methods and frameworks to drive consistent and disciplined execution by identifying, implementing, educating on, and driving adoption of best practices in areas such as, but not limited to, program management, business planning, establishing Plans of Record, creating roadmaps, objective setting and key results tracking, decision making, risk management, effective meetings, balanced scorecards, team dynamics & cross-functional collaboration, user-centered design & innovation, and organizational learning.
The HR Transformation Sr. Manager must be passionate about overall HR improvements and thrive while driving change and making a difference in both the employee experience, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. Our strategic projects are global, enterprise-wide, and cross-functional in nature.
