Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) is a global leader in developing and manufacturing high-quality performance chemicals and materials, process technologies and automation solutions, including Honeywell Forge connected solutions. The segment comprises Process Solutions, UOP and Advanced Materials. Advanced Materials (AM) is a $3B segment in PMT that develops and provides a wide variety of high-performance solutions, including the lowest global warming materials used in residential, commercial, and automotive air-conditioning, refrigeration and foam insulation applications, and materials used in end products such as bullet-resistant armor, healthcare packaging solutions, life science laboratory research solutions, and semiconductors.
Reporting to the Vice President General Manager Stationary Refrigerants, the Global General Manager, OEM Refrigerants will provide leadership necessary to grow the revenues and profits for all aspects of the global OEM business including full P&L ownership (~$190M). The successful candidate will work closely with Global GM – Aftermarket Refrigerants, marketing, product management, ISC, sourcing, R&D, sales, key business partners and senior management teams to maximize the growth, development and return on investment for the business. The GM will lead a global, cross functional team (4 direct reports) through strong employee engagement, talent management and operations oversight.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
§ Lead global OEM refrigerant business by setting and executing the sales and marketing strategies resulting in profitable revenue growth and margin expansion.
§ Drive OEM business development and conversion efforts globally which include pipeline, promotion, contracts, pricing, CO2E, and competitive intelligence. Oversight on overall OEM customer messaging and marketing collateral.
§ Directs and leads OEM customer engagement strategy and contract negotiation and owner of global customer relationships.
§ Owns the Stationary BTI’s and NPI’s from generation, initiation, commercialization and ongoing revenue generation.
§ Manage and lead all key activities and relationships with suppliers that support product conversions with OEM business partners.

Strategy:
§ Translate strategic priorities into operational reality
§ Analysis of market drivers, consideration of resources, market drivers, and emerging economic, technological, and regulatory conditions
§ Drive strategy development and implementation to meet market needs
§ Work with strategic/product management to design VOC discussions. Understand segmentation; value elements critical to customers; value equations; target value propositions to customer segments to inform customer marketing and account plans
§ Implement new value-based pricing strategies with positive results in the market
§ Responsible for ensuring customer contracts are compliment regarding and are aligned with HON standards.
Growth:
§ Identify opportunities for organic and inorganic growth
§ Identify new technology platforms license/acquire to drive growth
§ Develop long term opportunity pipelines and growth plans
§ Integrate inputs to develop implementation strategies and product plans with customers. You’ll work with sales on account plans to ensure strategies and product plans are implemented, that our messaging is compelling, and that results in new customer orders
§ Ensure robust plans for new product offering and offering management
§ Ensure products are ready fully prepared for launch including compliance with market regulations
§ Drive Value Management/Value Pricing

§ Manage OEM revenue and operating income; utilize financial levers – Pricing, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, Organizational Efficiency (OEF), Fixed Cost, Margins, etc.
Organization
§ Ensure people strategies include building effective teams with required capabilities to meet strategic objectives, employee engagement, succession, inclusion & diversity, and talent development
§ Lead cross-functional team, including Sales, Offering Management, Marketing, Pricing, Integrated Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering/R&D, to drive business strategy
§ Develop a strong succession plan for key leadership positions including leading development plans for high potential employees
