Key Responsibilities
Directs daily activity of field technical service group as applied to various types of industrial and commercial heating and drying systems.
Reviews specific schedules and availability of service technical resources when required; determines if technical resources have the capability, capacity, and availability to satisfy specific customer requirements
Makes formal contact with Customers regarding scheduling and resource details; updates Project Packet with all information regarding project resources assigned
Assembles and summarizes contract documentation such as site information, minutes/notes from project launch meetings, cut sheets for specialized equipment, etc. Ensures proper delivery to all project resources.
Re-affirms availability of required project resources and issues project work orders to assigned project resources
Assists in preparation, upload, and distribution of final project reports.
Manages the administrative activities such as contact, quotes, scheduling, reporting, and invoicing associated with 3rd party contract services.
Supports marketing and sales efforts by reinforcing awareness and understanding of the Services capability portfolio
Identifies and defines possible solution requirements for prospective new customers, prepares Services process definitions and Standard Operating Procedures; establishes agreement on customer deliverables needed
Participates on teams to develop processes and procedures, including forms and documents, when required to satisfy customer requirements.
Responds to field service requests for technical product support by consulting Engineering and other internal resources to respond to customer request.
Prepares management reports of service revenue, expenses, and department operations
