The Facilities Manager is responsible for the monitoring, maintenance, care and efficient operation of building, property, and grounds of all facilities used by the organization. This includes: HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Painting, Concrete, Roofing, Landscaping, Janitorial and related systems. The Facilities Manager will work closely with Site Leaders any new construction, remodeling, repairs, etc.
