As Director Product Management - SaaS Vertical, you will develop and implement a vertical application business strategy to grow the verticals business at or greater than market rates by ensuring horizonal apps have the necessary domain functionality, commercial model, and great user and customer experience. You will lead and execute daily product and operations of your vertical aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals and objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the process for gathering vertical requirements from various stakeholders
- Create near- and long-term product roadmaps for the vertical application content
- Own vertical-specific functionality and work closely with Horizontal App Product Managers to define requirements and implementation
- Own commercial Go-to-Market for the verticals, including pricing, packaging models, and SLAs
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop value proposition, pricing, market research, etc.
- Present and communicate at all levels within the organization
