Lead a multisite organization that applies its expertise and knowledge in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve product integrity manufacturing output and continuous improvements working with factory operations, demand planning, Engineering, Operations AME and sourcing. Your team will focus on the breakdown of complex processes and guide the execution of manufacturing product/process improvements. You will lead the strategic direction and initiatives that identify cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
•Driving revenue and Op Income growth through NPI introductions, owning DFX Process and test development activities.
•Manufacturing roadmap development ensuring processes are robust scalable and capable of producing new smart Meter systems (Calibration / Parametrization / security provisioning)
•OEE strategy maintain and improve with linkage to Digital factory Team driving IIOT on all critical lines with data at actionable level.
•Core / Non-Core Process evaluation determining site strategy for Make Vs Buy.
•Develop site AME skills to transform organization to an Automated and Digital connected environment
•Travel to sites Globally (EMEA, North America and Mexico) up to 30%
•Develop technical specifications to support project scope, installation, commissioning & Maintenance of new automated Processes
•Benchmark and evaluate leading edge technology.
•Idea generation / Project Opportunities Identification for Productivity COPQ / Automation
•Support Project management / Team coordination / Risk Analysis / Planning
•Capex planning and execution
