Transform RDE for SPS within Honeywell. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. You will be a key member of the business leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives. You will provide leadership in improving processes and developing team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop PLM Vision & Strategy with all stakeholders
· Be the change agent to successfully deploy and increase the value PLM brings
· Ensure process, training and documentation is current
· Manage the PLM roadmap with stakeholders
· Understand customer needs and translation into IT requirements
· Oversee data quality in PLM
· Align with other processes & tools across the lifecycle of a product ensuring traceability
· Establish & Lead Management Operating System
· Measure and monitor business performance driven by RDE and PLM
· Ensure higher customer satisfaction in PLM
· Make business case & investment decisions
· Ensure compliance
· Manage to Annual Operating Plans and budgets
