Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and organize raw field data for use in reports, analysis, and presentations.
- Compile, assemble, refine, and publish summary documentation and work reports.
- Assist in developing graphs, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal and customer use.
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized work processes and data collection methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to materials, equipment, and subcontractor management.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of work processes and associated documentation.
- Provide indirect supervision and coordination support for field personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface directly with customers to support training, data review, and work effort assessments.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or process issues and proactively recommend corrective actions.
You Must Have
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a security background check and obtain U.S. Government security clearances, as required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HVAC, mechanical, or controls-related environment.
- 3 or more years of experience data entry, reporting, or analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to provide indirect supervision or coordination of personnel or subcontractors.
- Previous industry experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or related fields.
- Prior HVAC technical, installation, or controls experience.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Refined presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced customer service and client-facing communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to self-manage, follow established procedures, identify errors, and proactively address issues.
