An exciting opportunity is available for a Sr Program Manager to join Honeywell in their Building Automation and Services organization.
The role will be responsible for project and programs within WA, NT, South Australia and Victoria. You will lead the delivery of Security, BMS, Software and Fire projects, focusing on Government and Defence work, managing multiple projects simultaneously. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring regular on-site engagement to meet customer and Defence requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program management
- Management reporting and program governance
- End-to-end management of service and minor works projects
- Planning, scheduling, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Contractor and supplier management, procurement, and compliance
- Risk identification and mitigation
- Site inspections and quality assurance
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Adherence to HSE, company policies and Australian Standards
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- 5 years’ experience in program management
- Experience in construction, security, BMS or M&E contracting
- Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects/programs concurrently
- NV1 clearance is essential
Desirable:
- Engineering qualification is desirable
- PMP Certification is desirable
