Job Description
As a Sr IT Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in setting up a new SAP S/4HANA instance for our Inventory to Deliver processes. Your expertise will be essential in configuring the system to meet our business needs and ensuring seamless integration across various business units.
You will report directly to our Director of IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. The first 90 days will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid, 3/2 schedule.
This role will support the standardization, optimization, and automation of Inventory to Deliver processes— from goods receipt through final delivery —as part of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will be instrumental in helping us achieve our long-term goals.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Aerospace business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document functional designs, and deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA Inventory to Deliver solutions.
- Configure, support, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Inventory to Deliver functionality in alignment with global standard processes and Honeywell’s fit‑to‑standard strategy.
- Support SAP S/4HANA deployments, enhancements, and ongoing operations, including testing, defect resolution, and release activities.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams (Order Management, Supply Chain, Data, Integration) to ensure end‑to‑end process integrity.
- Provide production support and root‑cause analysis to ensure system stability and business continuity.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC with S/4HANA transformation exposure).
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Inventory to Deliver processes and integration with Sales & Distribution, and Supply Chain.
- Proven ability to work as a senior individual contributor in complex, global ERP environments.
- At least 5 years of IT experience with strong functional expertise in SAP Inventory to Deliver
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation or ERP rollout programs.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working effectively with global business and technical teams
- Aerospace & Defense (A&D) experience
