Honeywell UOP is actively recruiting for a Senior Director, UOP Aftermarket Services business.

We are looking for a strong leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is customer obsessed and will provide leadership to a cross functional team of direct and matrix reporting employees. In this position, the Senior Director will be responsible for executing the business strategy with full P/L responsibility. This role will explore market opportunities, drive a paradigm shift in UOP Aftermarket Services Offerings, manage internal processes, and form strategic relationships with key customers ranging from multinational companies to regional companies.
This position requires an ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders across Honeywell and the Oil & Gas Industry. In this high impact role, you will work autonomously as a senior member of our leadership team to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist in the development of medium to long term planning: Annual Operation Plan (AOP) or Strategic Planning (STRAP).
