Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director in Healthcare to lead our New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products and features in the Healthcare industry , as well as overseeing the development of innovative products to meet market needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in NPI and NPD, exceptional strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
Ideal candidate experience
- 10 years of experience in the Healthcare industry
- 10 years in product management, with a focus on NPI and NPD leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and growth through NPI and NPD initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with teams across different regions and cultures.
- Previous experience working for the healthcare and building automation industries.
