Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and develop advanced hardware solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in hardware design and development
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware engineering processes and efficiency

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design and development
  • Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
  • Experience with hardware testing and validation
