You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our premiere showcase site at our global headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This location serves as a hub for innovation and collaboration, providing you with a unique opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals.
You will report to the Field Service Supervisor based in Morrisville, NC.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
• Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our Automation and Controls solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
You will be working on a 40-hour work week schedule, with overtime as needed to meet business demands. You will be assigned a company vehicle, phone and laptop for business use.
