Honeywell is expanding its Building Technologies team in Perth, WA. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex Security projects across commercial, industrial, and critical‑infrastructure sectors.
About the Role
You will take full ownership of major building technology projects, including CCTV and access control solutions. This role combines technical project leadership, customer management, commercial oversight, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver large‑scale Electronic Security projects from planning through commissioning
- Manage contracts, variations, forecasting, and project financials
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
- Maintain strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction
- Ensure safety, compliance, and risk management practices are upheld
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify additional scope and growth opportunities
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience delivering projects in Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion)
- Track record managing $3M projects
- Strong commercial acumen, scheduling, and project delivery capability
- Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders
- Engineering or Project Management background
- Eligibility to apply for NV1 clearance or maintain one if already have it
