Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Project Management Specialist for our Chandler AZ location. In this role, you will manage facilities business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity, and improve processes.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Work with Program Management Office, Project and Facility Managers and Leadership Team to support program and team objectives.
- Transitioning project specifications into operating space including coordinating new operation and maintenance requirements with the coordination of the Facility Manager
- Primary focus as Project Manager supporting cost, schedule and status of project deliverables and performance, with proper communication and professionalism.
- Track and mitigate risks identified by stakeholders.
- Support proposals and baseline control; attend all on site and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve complex and unforeseen problems, internal and external.
- Adapt working methods when unforeseen problems arise, or milestones change.
- Motivate and support the team to drive positive culture. Lead by example.
- Draft and review Statements of Work (SoW) for all projects.
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
- Travel to ACST locations as needed - estimated at 20%.
