At Honeywell Aerospace, the future is what you make it. As a Project Engineer II on our Engine Controls team, you’ll play an important role in supporting in-service products across both commercial and defense platforms. Your work will focus on Engine Control Systems, Air and Thermal Valves, and Air Turbine Start Systems (ATSS), technologies that are essential to aircraft performance and reliability.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be a key contributor throughout the entire in-service product lifecycle, including:
• Production support
• Value engineering
• Internal review boards
• Supplier readiness and technical support
You’ll work within a small, focused team aligned to a specific value stream, which may include:
• Factory support (revenue enablement, yield improvement)
• Customer engineering investigations (e.g., Notice of Escape evaluations, performance analysis)
• Supplier enablement (transitions, obsolescence, alternative materials)
LOCATION: Tempe, Arizona on a Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days work from home).
