The successful candidate will leverage previous construction, project coordination, or engineering experience to support the execution of Building Automation Controls, Fire Alarm, Security, and integrated systems installations. You will coordinate project activities, support customer relationships, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will work in commercial environments (high-rise buildings, airports, corporate campuses) as well as institutional environments (schools, hospitals) in both new construction and retrofit projects.

As a Program Specialist II (Project Manager II) – Building Technology, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of building technology projects. You will assist with project schedules, financial tracking, resource coordination, customer communication, and project documentation while working closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams. You will report directly to the Program Manager and work out of our Albuquerque, New Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule
