Operational Excellence Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. in Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
- Driving operational excellence initiatives within the organization.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, identifying and eliminating barriers to execution, and driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall success and profitability of Honeywell BA by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's processes, resulting in streamlined operations, reduced costs, increased productivity, and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Preparing monthly operational reports for the ISC VP and CEO, leveraging advanced technologies such as Big Data and Artificial Intelligence to develop operations analytics, and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to site leaders to ensure operational excellence, develop and calculate production and census capacity models, and collaborate with various teams to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Qualified applicants must have a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience with Supply Chain.
- Must possess five (5) years of experience with the following: understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; proficient in developing and calculating production and census capacity models, collecting, and analyzing large datasets, and utilizing statistical and data analysis techniques and technology; ability to develop and maintain dashboards and reports, collaborate with various teams, and align supply chain analytics with overall business goals, as well as proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks; technical skills required include proficiency in SAP, ERP, Rapid Response, Excel, Tableau, and Lean/Blackbelt tools; experience collaborating with various teams, including procurement, Planning, Sourcing, HR, and Finance to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies; identifying and implementing advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs; proactively identifying and mitigating supply chain risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience; SAP / ERP Knowledge; Advanced Planning Tools - i.e. Rapid Response; Excel, Tableau, Lean / Blackbelt Tools.
- Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 times per week.
- Up to 35% domestic and international travel required.
