As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfillment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the department and adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience.
You will report directly to our Program Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Honolulu, Hawaii location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of order processing, customer satisfaction through timely and accurate account maintenance, and contribute to process improvements within the customer experience function.
