Job Description

As a Inside Channel Sales Rep here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Candidate must reside within the territory: Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Delaware or South New Jersey

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Execute sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and resources to channel partners
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
  • Stay Up To Date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales in access control/security, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel minimum 25% within the territory

Compensation

The salary range for this position is ($65000-80000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
