Be part of the site leadership team responsible for transforming Honeywell’s Fire & BMS Systems operations.
Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the (SBG) leaders. You will coordinate with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for managing and executing Continuous improvement programs including Honeywell Operating System, developing and deploying improvement action plans and partnering with the sites’ leadership teams to drive successful results in line with AOP and strategic plans.
- Mentoring Sites Integrated Supply Chain Leaders and leadership team members in the elements of the Honeywell Operating System (Lean Production System)
- Improve site communication, education and training by deploying effective HOS
- Report monthly on highlights within the sites and create leadership standard work.
- Partner with All Functions to drive company-specific initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, Organizational Development or related field Green Belt Certification.
- Ability to motivate / energize others, has excellent teaming and interpersonal skills
- 3 years of Experience in supply chain, manufacturing or logistics environment (Engineering or Operations Management background preferred).
- Project management experience skills and problem-solving skills.
