You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager onsite in Tucson and you’ll work 100% onsite out of our Tucson, AZ facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Manage requests for continuous improvement, yield improvements, design changes, and manage obsolescence cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Ops, Procurement, and Sourcing, to ensure supply chain continuity into the factory
- Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
