Experience supporting production, testing, and continuous improvement of electro-hydraulic servo valves or similar devices. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of precision manufacturing processes, fluid power systems, and electro-mechanical integration to optimize production workflows, enhance product quality, and drive cost-effective solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead development of control plans, process maps, PFMEAs
· Conduct time studies and analyze data to drive process improvements
· Demonstrated success in process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
· Proficient problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
· Relevant experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement capacity models for investments in advanced manufacturing technologies
· Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
· Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
· Managing projects from ideation to implementation.
